He drove large-scale reductions in global deployment costs through smart IP based tools. Nabyl was instrumental in preparing the company for acquisition by Convergys, a global leader in human resources care. At Convergys, Nabyl was Director of Engineering, where he led a team of over 200 engineers and spearheaded key sales valued at over USD 1 Billion.
 
Nabyl holds a Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a sought-after visionary with a strong track record of building successful teams and companies.

Before starting Telectic, he was VP Content at aiHit, a venture-backed software business.

Roman Khan and Jennifer Chong: featuring in ''Which financial partners?', Co-Founders, Linjer

Linjer is a fine leather goods startup that makes luxury-quality leather goods more accessible to the modern man. (Linjer, pronoucned “liin-yir”, means "lines" in Norwegian.) Luxury leather goods are typically defined by highly inflated price points and conspicuous logos. Linjer offers classic, high-quality leather goods without either the bloated markup or the showy logo. We use the same materials and factories as luxury brands, but we keep retail prices low by selling directly to consumers and cutting out expensive marketing campaigns. We design every product to be minimalist and functional. Linjer was founded by a management consultant and a managing director at an e-commerce incubator. Neither could be convinced to spend $1,500 on a leather laptop bag for work. Linjer is launching on Kickstarter on October 7th. A women’s collection is planned for Q1 2015.

Matt Kuppers: 'Setting your growth strategy', CEO of Startup Manufactory

Matt Kuppers is the Founder and CEO of Startup Manufactory, a London based accelerator that specialises in developing startups, scaling SMEs and building accelerator programmes for corporates. He is also the co-founder of MenuSpring, a London Business School Incubator Programme backed startup that has been featured in the best British Startup 100 ranking in 2013. Prior to that, Matt held a position as associate at Straub Ventures, a Notting Hill based venture capital firm, where he set up an SEO boutique called rankingriser to provide the venture capital’s firm portfolio with SEO.
 
Matt also acts as mentor and advisor to Microsoft Ventures Accelerator, Saïd Business School, London Business School, Judge Business School and various accelerators across London. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he studied towards a PhD on cooperation in conjunction with game theory at the London School of Economics after having spent three years in social sciences research. Matt also read entrepreneurship at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
